Simple yet powerful, this program manages all your tasks and meetings in a no-nonsense manner. Though the ho-hum interface isn't beautiful, it is completely functional for business software. Clicking the Add Task icon lets you enter information such as priorities, due dates, meeting type and status, and any notes. The program makes it easy to locate particular entries, letting you sort entries by a number of variables. Easy To-Do also offers a great deal of configuration options. For example, you can customize the appearance of the system-tray icon or choose different fonts and colors to indicate task status. Businesspersons looking for a straightforward way to manage their time will benefit from Easy To-Do.

Many features to like and useful for varied tasking control and reminders
Cons
will eventually become obsolete as number of tasks is limited as are active tasks and ID numbers are not re usable. Would not be reliable long term.

Easy To Do is a wonderful and powerful program.
Cons
Unfortunately it has apparently been sold and is now split into two programs: "Lite" which is free and "professional" which is $29, soon to be $39. The difference? Lite allows only 200 tasks and 50 maximum tasks active. The Pro version has no limits. Big deal. So if you "upgrade" to the new version, you LOSE functionality. Not a big plus. Too bad. This is a wonderful program in its previous freeware version.

Time is in 24hr format and as far as i can tell, not changeable. <p> <p>On top of that, it doesn't seem to know what time it is. I finished a task and the display of when i started and when i finished were 10:05 and 30/12/1899 respectively. I mean seriously, what the hell is that all about 1899???

You can create tasks with categories, resources, due dates, reminders, all the usual stuff. Super easy to learn to use. And best of all--it's free! Can't see how it could get any better.

If you are in need of a free program to handle yours tasks, this is definitely worth a look. For a relatively small freeware program, it is featured full. <p> <p>When you create a task you can place it in a category (you create category types), set priority level, type of task, status of task, percent completed, set a due date, make it recurring. You can even set up a link on the tasks to files, images or websites. <p> <p>The program also has tabs and filers which help you bring up tasks by what ever variables you choose. <p> <p>Like I said it's a featured filled little program, and you have a need for something like this you should definitely give it a try, the price is right and it has NO spyware or adware.

The interface is a bit boring and the help file isn't really too helpful. <p> <p>There's a few quirks and features I'd like to see added. For example, every task HAS to have a due date, there should be an option not have one. <p> <p>When you add a website as a link the image it shows signifies its an unknown file. The link still works and all, but it just looks stupid. <p> <p>All in all its a great program, but the few flaws it does have, the poor help file and boring interface with no skins makes it a 4 star program rather then a 5 star one.

This program is great all around. Runs great. Easy to use, easy to organize, customizable tabs and settings, the list just keeps going on and on. This is definately a must have program. I was going to write a To-Do program myself because I couldn't find one I liked untill I found this one, it was exactly how I wanted my program to be except better. YOU MUST HAVE THIS PROGRAM.
