  This software doesn't work for heaven's sake. We have bought this in hope to recover all the mail boxes but it does not work. <p>The worst thing is that the support team doesn't have empathy when we asked for refund. There's no refund policy. So, be prepared to throw away your cash if you intend to try this out! <p> <p>If it doesn't work for you during the trial version, don't ever buy it. These people are laughing their way to the bank!

  I realized that the makers of this program: Easy Outlook Express Repair 1.1.2 are the same people that make OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.5. So, which one is the real company, Tily or BVG group? How would I know who to go to in case of trouble...and why do they con me into downloading the same software twice by calling it different names? Be wary of people like this. Hopefully download.com will fix this.

• Save thousands of mails

  After hanged serveral times of my PC, some folder in OE cannot be opened. I have tried other s/w and only this one can find out all lost mails! But it would be more helpful if the s/w has a function to group all saved mails into a dbx file and show in OE. Now those found mails are saved in my doucments and I need to put them into OE one by one.
