I was on a business trip and suddenly out of nowhere "cannot start microsoft outlook" popped open in front of me, since I'm a finance guy I had no idea about the origins of the error. So I frantically started searching for a solution to fix this issue as I needed the data which was on my Outlook to make a crucial business presentation which I needed to show for a very important meeting. On researching further, I found out that this error happens due to damage of setting file of Outlook software (I suspect this might be due to the unsecured Wifi which I connected at a restaurant). Thankfully I found Stellar OST to PST Converter with the help of which I was able to convert my damaged OST to PST and recover emails from it. Thanks to Stellar OST to PST converter, I am able to refresh my Outlook which earlier was giving the error "0x8010f Data file cannot be accessed" on pressing the Send/Receive button. Whenever I tried to send or receive any email or try to sync it with Exchange server, I received this error message "The server could not be found. (Account: account name, POPserver: 'mail',Error Number:0x800ccc0d);. I searched in Google about the error & found the reason was the corruption of OST file. My offline storage tables also locked with some encryption, so it was a very challenging task to recover encrypted file. But fortunately, I got this amazing tool convert corrupted OST file to pst file. Impressive Software!!

I called the non-toll-free support phone number twice today and both times was told the wait time was short (approx. 4 and 6 minutes, resp.). I waited almost 10 minutes both times, all the while being told, 'thank you for your patience...you are now 3...2...1st in line'...THEN, when I was finally to be connected to a support rep, someone picked up (BOTH TIMES) and immediately hung up (BOTH TIMES). I was trying to call because I have tried more than 5 times to run the software. I was able to download, install and register the software - not without issues, but finally did so. I then ran the scan of my very large OST file and the scan completed. The information within Stellar UI is completely junky and not usable, so saving to PST is critical. BUT, that is where the product stops working. It will NOT convert to PST...it hangs up at EXACTLY the same point in the conversion...at 1,530,921 KB on the nose. Since support is non-existent as far as I'm concerned, I'm requesting a refund

The scan might work - which is what you can do with the FREE software, but you will not/may not be able to convert to PST and without having a usable PST file, you've wasted the $99 to do so.
