  it keeps telling me that there are 18 drivers to update ...even after a successful update to all the week before....Very odd.

  It states a 60 day guartantee for return of money. I will know soon if they honor it.

  Cons

  For $250 I was told I could have some of the problems which their Customer Service found after I used Driver Update to improve my computer's performance, removed from my machine. I tried to remove Driver Update in Safe Mode as the machine crashes when in normal mode when I tried to remove Driver Update. Stay away from this scam!

  None - this product has no positive benefits and is simply a scam to steal your money and put Malware on your machine.

  Cons

  Does not bode well for CNET pushing Malware, but thats exactly what CNET is doing when it promotes this product. A simple search of the internet will bring up many sites like this one (http://www.im-infected.com/adware/remove-driverupdate-virus.html) explaining that SlimWare and Windows 7 driverupdate is not only a scam but is also malware / Virus, stay away from this product. If you need to update any drivers on Windows 7, simply use the built in windows tool (System Update).

  Summary

  DriverUpdate.net and or (Windows 7 Drive update utility) is a Trojan Horse Virus,after installing this product on your machine you will get pop-up messages telling you that you have a problem on your computer and that you need to purchase ($$) the full product (Windows 7 Drive update utility) to fix the problem. If you did install Driver Update, I would suggest first uninstalling the product and install and run this https://www.malwarebytes.org/ malwarebytes will rid your machine of any leftover garbage and clean your machine of all Malware.

  I have no idea if the program works or not. I didn't get that far. During the registration process the site uses the shady internet practice of adding charges without your authorization. I thought I would be paying $29+, the site executed add ons for a total of almost $50. After calling my credit card company I called McAfee( seem to be part of the problem as well, tried to do a "save"). Buyer beware!! Looks like there might be some great free ones available. Shop around.

  NONE. It has done nothing for me

  I paid for the subscription, some pushy sales person called and tried to sell me $400 worth of work, and now it will not even complete a scan. It has done nothing for me but take up space. Do not buy this. Try another one. It is garbage. You are basically paying for a high pressure sales pitch and that is it.

  Automatically keeps up with essential driver, software updates! Makes recommendations, but not in your face all the time with pop-ups.

  Can't think of any!!!!

  Essential software for any and all computers. Does the time consuming work of keeping up with software/driver updates needed to make any computer & it installed software run more efficiently consistently.

  One at a time downloads, but that's probably remedied in the full version.

  I was really surprised at the ease of use and lack of badgering to buy. It was very helpful and I will recommend it to my friends and collegues.
