Get a full-featured fundraising management application for nonprofit organizations.
DonorQuest is designed to meet the donation tracking and fundraising needs of nonprofit organizations. Besides acting as a complete donor and prospect mail list program, DonorQuest is able to maintain all the information you need about current and potential contributors. DonorQuest comes with hundreds of useful reports (all of which may be customized) and a selection facility that allows you to perform a selection (query) as broad or as specific as you need. Together these two essential features allow you to perform a selection about the specific gifts and giving patterns of your contributors and respond to these gifts and giving patterns with specialized thank-you letters and tightly targeted campaign mailings. There is also a comprehensive donor contact management facility with date-based reminders. Pledge payments reminders, tax receipts for donors, etc. are all included. DonorQuest will run in multi-user mode on a local area network with a dedicated file server, or in a simple peer-to-peer network involving only desktop PC's or laptops, allowing multiple people simultaneous access to your donor database. DonorQuest may also be run simply on a single computer if you wish. DonorQuest does not require an Internet connection to run, so can also use it on the go on your laptop (though we do offer a web-based version if that is your preference -- it allows all of your coworkers to access your shared donor database, no matter where they are physically located). The free version is functionally identical to the leased and licensed versions, with a limit of 1,000 donor records. All of the data you enter with the free version will be preserved if you eventually transition to the leased or licensed versions. The free version runs exclusively on your computer or computer network. With the leased version, you have a choice of continuing to use your own computer, or you may use our online version which will allow you and the other people of your organization to securely access your shared donor database from different locations.The best way to get started is to install the free version and become familiar with DonorQuest.
