Business management software to track customers, leads, sales and accounts receivable. Donarius lets you view and print your invoices or email them as an attached PDF. PDFs can be created using eDocPrinter, Win2PDF or Bullzip. Your invoices can be customized to look the way you want or send us a sample as a Word file and we will set it up for you free of charge. Prints sales receipts on a receipt printer, so can be used like a cash register. Has a product file for price lookup. Scan UPC code with a barcode reader to look up products. Scan the same UPC multiple times to increment quantity or type the quantity. Donarius prints various reports, including customer lists, mailing labels/envelopes, receivables ledger and sales by date or customer. Store a customer's picture or link to a folder with contracts or other documents. Print a bank deposit report for each of your bank accounts. Sends personalized letters, e-mails and text messages for lead follow-up, to convert prospects into paying customers. (E-mails are sent using your own SMTP server, or your Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or AOL account.) Data can be shared from different computers using DropBox, OneDrive, Google Drive or Sync.com. This is like web-based software but without the monthly fee. Each user has their own password and access privileges. Can also be used by a single user without a password. Discount for small companies with $100,000 in sales or less. Comes with one year of support. Runs on a Mac using Crossover.
