Update your CPU, BUY new copy. Change a Hard disk, even if it failed, BUY new copy. Anything EASSOS wants to change in the post sales agreement, BUY new copy. I have already purchased this Lifetime software TWICE and find I need to buy it a THIRD TIME. I HAVE ONLY used PartitionGuru Pro on ONE FUJITSU PC. SINCE 2012 I ADDED: A BETTER CPU, LARGER HARD DISKS, Updated WINDOWS,.. I was having issues with Software recovery program freezing... (30-day version)... I emailed and had a reply in a matter of minutes... A tech even sat remotely with me for hours to work and save my data from a destroyed hard drive.

I wish I would've bought the correct program from the start - but I was able to trade for the needed one.

If you are desperate to get back important files... it's worth the money... AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO USE THEIR SUPPORT - amazing service! Was able to recover 90% of a 1TB hard drive that was unusable.

It contains all fucntions I might use, such as patition manager, data recovery and system backup & restore. I'm no longer have to download several programs to get these functions. at present, this single software can do all these task for me!

This is (as so many of these "free" programs are) basically a pitch to buy a more expensive version, which is usually a crapshoot as regards how well or badly it may work. In my case, I had a hard drive I needed to recover data from, it showed me that it saw the data...but a couple of other programs did the same, and when I paid for them...they suddenly could not recover any data...I blame CNET for this. They should make the software companies clearly tell the potential user if the program is: A) Entirely free B) Is a "basic" version C) Requires a paid upgrade to do anything useful D) Has a file size limitation I have been very disappointed in my experience at this site today.
