Excellent PDF reader with text extraction feature

I receive my Electricity bill in PDF but I can't read it with the inbox PDF reader on Windows 10. So I can download this reader, and it works great on my Windows 10 tablet and Windows 10 PC. This is not only a pdf reading software, it can also extract text and picture from PDF documents, you can extract part of the text and picture from the pdf file, or extract all text of the pdf file, and you can also save as the pdf file to jpg, png, bmp or other format image file.
Cons
The PDF reader supports Windows 10 tablet, however, it could be helpful to add support for touch gestures.

This software can open the pdf files for reading, and also can get the text from PDF documents, or make the conversion from pdf to image format, so you can read this file on the computer which do not have pdf reading software installed, you can extract part of the text from the pdf file, or extract all text of the pdf file, and you can also save as the pdf file to jpg or other format image file.

Quick and easy to use on a laptop with handy zoom-in/out.
Cons
Does not respond to scroll wheel on a mouse; you must use the scroll bar to move the document page vertically. There are no thumbnails to enable you to select a specific page to view, nor is there any page number mechanism that enables you to specify going directly to specific page without scrolling through entire document.
Summary
Best suited for small pdf files with only a few pages. Review of larger pdf documents or scanning between pages is hampered by no scrolling capability if using your mouse scroll wheel. Lack of thumbnails in the viewer make it impossible to go directly to a specific page for viewing.

Opens easily, Top half of document great.
Cons
Can't scroll the page. I can see the whole page in very small print, or the top half in large print. Great if you only need half of each page.
