Pros
Some of these types of programs are very utilitarian, while others are just bloat. This has more than just the basic open and close commands. This also allows you to safely eject USB devices. You can auto-start with windows. Goes to system tray.
Cons
System tray icon can be hard to see at times. This really depends on your color scheme, etc... Be careful not to create a startup menu entry if you check start with windows. It will load twice.
Summary
Great balance between extras and needs. Better than most I've tried. Easy, Intuitive and just what I needed.
