  Pros

  synced well 1st time, still syncs sometimes, but not all info on calendar and none on contacts

  Cons

  set up to sync auto every 5 min. does not do that, contacts not synced always, just sometimes. have sent 7 emails to the 3 provided addresses on email receipt since 11/1/6/2010. have not received one back yet.

  Summary

  Verizon recommended this company to help me sync my desktop outlook, which i want ot keep using and my new droid's google calendar. unbelievable i cannot receive a response from livepim. their site does not provide contact us info.
