Could not determine how to make it a screen saver

Received a warning indicating it was incompatible with my version of Windows 7 but allowed me to continue.
Summary
According to the brief description on CNET it said that it was also a screen saver. Never able to determine how this could be performed. Possibly it is not available for Windows 7 machines.
