The Windows system tray clock used to be the most primitive and least accurate timekeeper since a caveman stuck a stick in the ground on a sunny day. What Microsoft left undone was an opportunity to developers who rushed in with much-needed improvements such as atomic clock updates and, best of all, colorful, customizable, feature-packed skins and utilities that let you put useful, accurate clocks on your Windows desktop. Unisoft's 3D Tray Clock Ex. is just such a utility, updated with more looks, more features, and more improvements to stay ahead of the much-improved clock on recent editions of Windows. It still has the usual calendar, alarm, reminder, and note-keeping features, as well as different skins, clock faces, and displays, but with updates that take advantage of recent Windows versions' enhanced 3D desktop capabilities.

Except for the usual shareware nag screen, 3D Tray Clock Ex installs cleanly and easily, and it uninstalls just as cleanly if you decide not to keep it. You can access the program and its settings from the Start menu or the system tray, including configuration settings such as time zones, what increments to display, and 12- or 24-hour clocks; preferences like digital or analog clock displays; and many colorful, customizable skins, numerals, and other visual enhancements.

This useful and attractive timekeeping tool is free to try for 30 days and costs $19.95. It's certified for Windows versions up to Vista. A nag screen indicated an already expired trial period on a clean Windows 7 install.

Not much that I can think of.
Cons
Using its own uninstall command, there is stuff to get ride of and get past on startup. (I need to get a good uninstall utility.) Frankly, IMHO this product, through its name and purported features, appears to be trading on the fantastic reputation of TClockEx, which see if you're running a Windows version earlier than 7x64..

when I found out there was a time limit on this product, I immediately cancelled it but to my dismay, not everything has gone as I keep getting a message that it can't find the path also a small box comes up as f main. impossible for me to get rid of

As someone else said, the minute I downloaded this it wanted me to register!!!! There WAS NO Trial period! Then, when I tried to remove it, it wouldn't budge! I had to use Revo to remove it!

Total wash out. Complete waste of bandwidth and not worth the disk space. If you want a true free 3d clock Linux has been doing it for years.
