  I have ran this software several times in the short time I've had it. It seems that I have nearly the same amount of files fragmented each time I run it. I can go to Window's defragment and it will tell me that I do need to defragment my C drive. I, therefore, do not see any good I am getting from running this software. I can not recommend it.

  It scans system files or regular files automatically, (it finds all the files on your system from a fast scan, you can add specific files if you choose. Then it gives you the choice to run now, when system is idle, at next reboot, or each reboot. <p>Very easy to use, I tried diskeeper first but this one is nicer, and perfectdisk locked up my computer, also this one works with kaspersky's. My computer is very FAST NOW. My advice buy this, it has a 30 day money back guarantee. <p>I do my maintenance like this: Clean with ccleaner, run registry scans with Eusing, and regseeker, then defrag with this great utility. Easy on resources too.

• Too much of a nuisance to be worth trying

  I didn't even try out this product because it was such a nuisance, with pop up messages beginning upon installation with words to the effect of, "You've had this software installed for 3 days, now - the trial period expires after 30 days ... buy now?" - that is a paraphrase from memory, but I never want to have a product on my desktop which gets in my way because of an effort by the author to make money. I found Perfect Disk 7.0 to be good for me, and not intrusive.

• Stopped Explorer from openning properties

  This program stopped my explorer from openning the properties off a right click. The comp openned 2 DrWatsons which when one was closed in the task manager would restart explorer. I did a system restore to rid my computer of this evil program.

• Very handy defrag utility to have

  You can specify the defrag of all system files which affect machine performance, this is then done offline at boot time. Pity the developers haven't ventured into a full disk defragger because they're on to a winner here. Maybe in future releases. The Lite version is a free utility which is incorporated into Explorer so that you can right click any file to perform a defrag. Very good indeed.

  Defragmenting outlook.pst increased my Outlook speed dramatically. I've scheduled such defragmentation on a weekly basis.
