DBConvert for MS SQL and MySQL is a database converter which performs MS SQL to MySQL and MySQL to MS SQL conversions. It support features such as Unicode Support, Primary keys and Indexes conversion, Interactive multilingual (GUI) mode or command line mode, filters, renaming of tables, fields, indexes before conversion.

There is an ability to save data to PHP script or to a dump file that allows you to get over the restrictions on MS SQL or MySQL database if any.

Pros
Program has a large number of settings at the customization stage. Ex: it's possible to enable / disable the conversion of fields, indexes, queries, apply a filter, rename all database objects, cool field data type change Great tree-view of my database. As for conversion speed, 1 million records for 24 min. I think it's normal.
Cons
Pity, it's not free.
Summary
I stumbled upon this software while surfing the net, and I found that I am very satisfied with the result. I was looking for a program to convert DB structure, table data and views conversion from SQL to MySQL without loss of data. Excellent results!!! I recommend it to all users. The software is useful and not too complicated!

1. DB functions, keys, indexies convert 2. Manually select DB object for convert 3. Converting process with cancel button and progress bar
Cons
1. Not free 2. Slow convert (22 hours for MSSQL 2 MySQL convert) for big base (350 tables, 2million records) 3. Bad convert default column value (set 0 default value for column with int type, when in source DB column there is NO default value) 4. Not response from tech support
