  Pros

Simple to use and easy interface. The advanced mapping is nice feature. I love this product since I have to load many flatfiles and hate writing control scripts.

  Cons

  More features would be nice.

  Pros

I had been looking for a similar product that can load flat files without writing control scripts. This is it. Specially the advanced mapping feature is good.

  Cons

Some more features would be nice...
