Load data directly into an Oracle database.

Data Loader is designed to load data into an Oracle database. Oracle does not offer a way of loading data directly into the database from a text-based or excel-based file. The only way to do this is to use SQL Loader, which needs to have specific control files written. Data Loader allows to pass the incoming data to a built-in oracle function or even a custom function.

Version 1.0.3 fixes a compatibility issue with Windows XP Pro with certain versions of dlls.

Simple to use and easy interface. The advanced mapping is nice feature. I love this product since I have to load many flatfiles and hate writing control scripts.

I'd like to see advice which extra DLL's etc I need. I Tried in two diffrent pc's: Windows XP SP2 and Win 2000 SP4. The first pc is even having Oracle 9.2 server installed. Still not working.
