fine card, let Windows install drivers for you

Pros
Works fine. Dual LEDs to show that unit is activated and linked to a network.
Cons
Have to boot laptop, then plug in card to be found.
Summary
I avoided the D-Link add-on software by temporarily connecting my laptop to the internet via ethernet cable, than plugged in the card to be found as "new hardware" and let Windows find the driver (only) for me. Note that it initially showed up an Ethernt Controller before the drivers were installed.
