CyberLink MediaShow is a one-stop shop for all of your photo and video management and creation needs. It offers many features, such as movie and slideshow creation, as well as social media sharing options. You'll enjoy the flexibility and great design, but be prepared for occasional instability.

Pros

Tons of features: We found CyberLink Media Show to be a very versatile and able application, especially for creating videos and editing pictures. The face tagging and photo touch-up tools performed well, and we had no problems with the DVD or slideshow creators.

Social integration: MediaShow gives you quick links, so you can share media with websites, such as YouTube, Facebook, and Flickr, as well as send files via email directly from the application. We experienced no slowness or errors while uploading files to the Internet.

Well structured: You will find this program to be a great organizational tool. We easily located media files with the crafty calendar view. The layout is helpful and large, so pictures and menu options are not difficult to locate.

Cons

Irregular instability: MediaShow sometimes crashed or froze during our tests. This was a rare phenomenon, but it occurred enough to be a concern for us. This may be a local issue, and your experience may differ.

Bottom Line

CyberLink produces a number of great programs, and MediaShow is one of them. There are many features available in the free version, and it performs all tasks with ease and speed. Multiple design themes would make it a more engaging program. Regardless, you should download CyberLink MediaShow because it is fully-loaded, fast, and versatile.

Pros
Organizes the media files with in few clicks. Once organization of media files completed then you can burn them in to DVD.
Cons
Its slideshow creator does not provide any customizable option.

?? Couldn't find anything good.
Cons
Worked fine for first day, day and a half and then could not get it to work at all. Everytime I would open it, click on photos, it would immediate crash. When it did work, it would never stop scanning. I spent most of one week with tech support and their only solution was to log-on as administrator. Didn't feel that was the right solution because when I did, even though Media Show would open properly, my entire desktop was totally re-configured with all internet short cuts missing and other issues.
Summary
I guess it woul be ok if you originally set your computer up as being the administrator. I won't do that because I have more than 2 years of configuring my computer the was it is not as administrator. Bottom line - I'm glad I didn't pay for it.

Unless you pay $30 for a couple months of tech support you can talk to nobody. I just wanted all the features of my legal and paid for cyberlink program to work and there is a activation issue. There is no number to call, not even for sales, and it is very apparent through thier email support system responses they could care less. That is if you get a response. If they made a good product don't you think they wouldn't be afraid to help thier customers?

Paying for this is not worthwhile my Free Windows Media Center, etc.

When there is strong FREE competition, why pay? DiVx is better, if I were going to pay. Still this is a fantastic product.
