This program is designed to protect your files from would-be intruders, though it's rather paltry across the board. CoverUp starts off with a dismal interface and negates the inclusion of a Help file. You'll need to scour your system for the files you want secured since the program doesn't support dragging and dropping as do some other competitive encryption software. During testing, the application creates a duplicate of the file selected and encrypts it but doesn't offer secured deletion of the original. We also aren't able to use the extraction and embedding features shown. The trial only gives you 30 uses, doesn't support folders, and offers multiple file encrypting only in the registered version. With so many functioning encryption programs out there, you'll want to bypass this one.
