  Pros

  This is one of those products that you need if keeping an updated contact list is important to you. Highlight signature block, press control and then "C" and "C" and that's it. You are then ready to save all relevant contact information to Outlook without re-typing anything. Also, the customer service was very responsive. I moved computers, needed to transfer license, no problem. I am impressed with the product and the customer service.

  Pros

  It is a must have for any sales organization. Our #1 problem was quickly getting data into our CRM system. Not only was manual data entry slow... we were constantly making mistakes i.e. incorrect email. Copy2Contact solved all of those problems.

  Nothing. It is perfect

  After hearing about Copy 2 Contact I tried the free trial and bought licenses for my entire team that day! I am surprised Microsoft has not bought this company... they should.

  Pros

  Works seamlessly with a variety of signatures and formats and requires very little changes from the capture. Saves at least 30 min to an hour for me every week. Great support too, I emailed with a question and got a quick response the same day.

  Cons

  I wish it was just a one time cost instead of an annual fee but for the time it saves me, it's still well worth the $35

  5 stars, I highly recommend this program for anyone that needs to regularly add contacts to Outlook each week.

  I can't even fathom how much time this has saved me. Worth every penny.

  Doesn't do my grocery shopping.

  This is one of those things that makes you realize the regular way of doing things all along is a huge waste of time. It really should be built into programs like Outlook because it makes it a lot easier to use. I actually signed up with CNET just to review this. That's how happy I am to not be cutting and pasting contacts any more.

  Works as advertised. Life saver for those of us who can barely type. After an address is selected it will open Outlook automatically.

  Cons

  Very infrequent failures

  Summary

  I've set-up addresses in Outlook from any browser, word-processing document or type of email I've encountered. If it's unable to set up an address it shows the information it has so you can add line breaks or move data and shows a button to report to the publisher to use in their debugging.

  Easy installation, auto registration, user preference configuration, cross-contact management platform compatibility - all in a small footprint.

  None noted.

  Summary

  This is a breeze to use, right out of the box, and I had no need for the "Help Fiie." Setup and configuration to active use in under a minute. Can't ask for more.

  A friend sent me a holiday promo email she got because she uses this product on her blackberry. I didn't really pay attention because I already have Gwabbit, which is similar from a different company. But after we talked I tried copy2contact and it's way better, more accurate and flexible. Makes Gwabbit look like a toy. I wish I hadn't bought GWabbit now but still both products are inexpensive. I really recommend this one.
