Keep track of all the members in your youth group and important dates.

This youth group manager keeps track of all the contact information on the teenagers in your group and allows you to track their attendance at your meetings. You can store photos of members. The program reminds you about upcoming birthdays/graduations and alerts you when individuals have been absent. It will automatically promote visitors to member status when they have met your own attendance criteria, and it will demote active members to inactive after a number of sequential absences. Reports allow you to print member directories, mailing labels, sign-up sheets. Version 1.5 enhanced existing functionality: users can now delete a member without losing their attendance history. They can record attendance for more than one meeting on the same date.
