Contact Expert provides an easy way to view maps online, dial a phone or send mass emails to your contacts. It will also let you track contact-related activities such as emails, visits, calls, etc. Contact Expert prints extensive reports, print labels or envelopes and saves them as HTML, MS Word, MS Excel or WMF files.

Very simple yet powerful - exactly what I need

Has everything I need - clean interface, multiple addresses and phones per contact, multiple categories per contact and it's lightweight.

Software has crashed on me twice

Summary
After entering over 200 contacts the software has crashed twice today and had to be reinstalled. There are also a lot of error messages.
