  Pros

  Customer service is always available through their paid service called GeekBuddy. A online tech support that will access your computer and fix your problems. The program was good for normal protection

  Cons

  Got a bad binary virus after I endured 9 days 18 hours a day of hell. they couldn't find the virus and while they conducted scan after scan the virus continued to eat away at my computer. I no longer have ms office suite. Ill have to wipe my entire computer clean so that it back to manufactures default and loose everything. After they couldn't help with my first computer i had them help with my second computer by installing one of their PC Tuneup programs. The tech installed it fine computer ran much smoother but next day i had no desktop. It took them over 4 hours to fix the problem. Talking to them on the phone was very frustrating do to their heavy accent. I couldn't understand them and they me. I believe their in India. Much better to chat with them online. But if you cant because your computer wont work you'll have to deal with asking them to repeat what their saying over the phone many times.

  Summary

  If you have geekbuddy and a major problem with your computer take notes on what they have done so far to rectify the problem because you will get different techs helping you and some techs don't leave notes on your account. So when you get a new guy helping you you may have to start all over again.

  Not one bit of malware or virus activity on my laptop. Very fast quick scan.

  Cons

  Very slow Full scan.

  Summary

  I just purchased a New Toshiba laptop. I removed Norton Internet security which came as a 1 year deal. I installed CIS and have had no problems at all. For 19.99 this is a great buy.

  Literally, install and forget it. Provides automatic updating of all protection functions; gives the user easy to understand alerts and options. The user does not need to be a IT security 'expert' to successfully use this app. Comodo provides all the expertise. Attractive easy to understand and use GUI & Help facilities.

  None, after 100 days of use.

  Summary

  At $19.95/yr., Its the very best PC security bundle I could find. Well worth a trial run to see it it meets YOUR needs!

  not compatible with windows 8 like described there for its very bad for windows 8 users it lies.

  Pros

  Install trial version three weeks ago. Works perfect in background. My lap (with i3-2370M) doesn/t feel it. Firewall is the best avaible.

  Till now no cons.

  Summary

  COMODO must work much more on advertising. They have over 25 mlns programs sold in 100 countries and they are still little known.
