This handy add-on for the Firefox browser enthusiast adds an array of color-matching and color-picking tools to your Firefox status bar. ColorZilla's eyedropper icon leads to a menu of many options, including finding the code of a selected Web page color, creating a custom palette, and zooming in on a page. Or you can just click on the screen anywhere to find the Hex value of a color. One drawback: the program promises to measure distances between items on a Web page, but our testers had difficulty implementing that feature. Web designers and any user looking for an easy zoom or quick color picker will love this freeware add-on to Firefox.

Pros
There is nothing to review, so c'mon CNET, get rid of this type of timewasting garbage, as it ruins your credibility.......
Cons
The previous reviewer had a the same problem as me, only mine was in IE6.

Pros
I can not judge this application, as Firefox refuses to download it (and possibly will not allow it to install). <p>I only can say it would be a useful tool.
Cons
The developer had to creat ColorZilla as a stand-alone application and not as a plug-in for the glorious Firefox. Maybe he will do it after this failure...
Summary
Excellent Tool for Webmasters/mistresses!

Pros
This is a really excellent tool for webmasters and webmistresses. You can find the hexidecimal and RGB value of any color on your browser. You also can copy that information into your clipboard with one click of the mouse. <p> <p>In addition, ColorZilla allows you to zoom up to 1000%, see the any element's x and y value, and even its css class! <p> <p>This extension is so amazing, I still can't believe I got on without it. Perfect for those that like to code layouts, or pretty much anyone who is anyone can benefit from it.
Cons
REALLLLY minor thing, but the measure tool could be more comprehensible. I went on ColorZilla's official site to find out how to use it. Still, can't complain!

Pros
Many features all of which are useful.
Cons
A little hard to get used to and learn about all the features and how to use them.
Summary
A very nice, simple extension.

Pros
Works well, no flaws really. You just click the eyedropper, then click the color you want, and viola. You can right click the eyedropper for info about the color you picked up. <p> <p>To Neopets users: Its really great to get colors for your Neoboard fonts ;)
