Why does CNN alerts not work , no matter what regions I choose . It is not blocked by the XP firewall Updated on Jul 11, 2012Unfortunately it does not work with the CHROME browser and I would be grateful if anyone can tell how to overcome that problem . Thank you dejonghan@gmail.com

Use to work fine until my computer crashed. Since then I reloaded CNN alert, has not worked since re-download. If possible please advise because I do like being aware of current and breaking news. AGAIN - PLEASE HELP ON MY SITUATION. ANY TECHNICAL HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. James Ireland / jimmyjint@aol.com

After downloading i saw the alert box in the bottom right of screen and then it shut down my laptop. I havent been able to restart my laptop since. VERY BAD DOWNLOAD! KILLED MY LAPTOP! BEWARE OF THIS FREEBIE! THANKS ALOT CNN!
