• Don't waste your time like I did.

  It's easy to use but...

  This program gets an "F" with me. All the functions don't work. "Help" won't open so there's no tutorial. I e-mailed Trevor Dumbledung several times about the problem. Instead of helping he (in true British fashion) chose to insult my intelligence. I finally figured out Mr Dumbledung just doesn't know what to do. He refers to his program as a "one-off" product meaning if you buy it & it works then great. If it doesn't he will refund your money. The problem here is this: I spent a ton of hrs entering our club's members & information & now I can't even use the thing. I even offered him money to help me in order to avoid wasting all that time but again he refused (backing up my previous assertion that he doesn't know how to fix it) This program would actually be worth twice the money if it worked. That being said Mr Dumbledung, why not fix it & make some money?

  Don't make the same mistake I did & waste all your hrs just to find out it doesn't work & then get yourself insulted when you contact this man for help. If anyone would like to actually see the conversations we had, I have saved them. All my love, John McCranie
