  Pros

Convenient and user-friendly web-interface Remote monitoring - I can keep an eye on my staff from anywhere Good analytics for each employee - you can see straight away who spends too much time on Facebook or YouTube Live Viewing - really good for checking if people keep up with urgent tasks Last but not least, free for my whole company

  Cons

  No version for mobiles

  Summary

For me CleverControl is almost perfect. I have to travel a lot for my business so I am away from my employees a lot. I got tired of constant phonecalls and finally decided to get an employee monitoring system. Now I can check on my staff from anywhere without distracting them from work. Time management in the office improved drastically. And not to mention the price. It is free for me, but I will probably keep using it even after my company grows, mostly because I am already so used to it and it works so well. I wish there was something similar for mobiles because a few of my employees often go on business trips as well, and they use company's cell phones.
