BPBible is a free, flexible Bible Study tool. BPBible has many of the features you would expect in a Bible application - Bible, Commentary, and Dictionary support, Bible Search, and Scripture tooltips. BPBible uses a proximity based search, which can cross verse boundaries, giving a more natural search. It also supports regular expressions and phrases. It lets you rearrange your layout, and will remember your layout for you.

Pros
BPB is an excellent way to read, index, and study the Bible. It's an efficient shell for the enormous library of Bible versions and commentaries available free from the online Sword Project. Easy to install; easy to use; fast and well designed.
Cons
Read the forum notes on installing Bible versions to avoid delays.
