• can not display web page comes up on run program.

  when i went to run program after down load it said cannot display web page, in a windows 98 looking browser. could not find it in the programs list, could not find it in the add/remove program list, their web page is under construction. my belief is if you put something out at least have some kind of support for it or make sure it works first.
