Blitz Planner is a small, simple & fast scheduler utility for all Windows operating systems. You can execute one of the eight total possible actions (shutdown, reboot, log off, message display, sound playing, webpage opening, application execution, preddefined sound alarm), either after specified time (seconds, minutes or hours) or at exact time of day. Plus, you have the option to repeat the task till halted manually, if you want. And it can be minimalized to the system's Tray bar, occupying no space at your taskbar.
