• Unusable software and refuse to refund

  sjbruk1January 26, 2016

  Pros

None, although the trial version worked

  Cons

Does not work for exporting from MBX to PST file. It does not combine the MBX into a single PST, even when that option is selected. It creates a PST but then all message in subfolders to the main folder are saved as separate EML files in other folders.

  Summary

Trial version worked for 25 messages (the limit of trial), created a PST. Full version created a PST and loaded messages but then for any Inbox subfolders it created a file folder and exported all of the contained messages as EML files. They sent an update to try ( a new version), same issue. Sent screenshots back, They sent a "newer" version, same issue. Sent a third update, a newer, newer version. At this point I tried another product and it worked fine the first time. Now they refuse to refund the purchase price as I did not test the 4th version they sent me. I am not their testing lab, sorry.

Best recovery tool that I have ever used in my entire life. Yesterday suddenly my phone dropped into water and all my pictures, songs, videos and many other data which are stored in SD card all got lost and I was unable to find a perfect tool that can recover my data, but later my friend told me about the software and now I am so happy with the application. In a few simple clicks I got all my data back.

  Cons

It is a perfect solution for recovery, I didn't find any con in the software.
