  Pros

  Ransomeware hit my computer. I installed O/S on another hard drive and tried to recover my files on my old HD using Norton. It recovered almost nothing. So I downloaded this and it was amazing, it found everything. I had to pay for the version I got, but the value is greater than the cost IMO.

  Cons

  Had to buy the pro version.

  nothing so far, still have yet to get it to work

  Cons

  Purchased, put in serial number, activation failed, contacted support, never an answer. Support on their site is malware according to chrome, and the ssl certificate for contact us expired years ago

  Summary

  I suggest you move on and try something else, some of the free programs actually work
