Pros
Really would be great if it worked properly.
Cons
1) Sometimes does not mirror properly by not deleting files on target. 2) Sometimes copies all files regardless of whether they are already on target. 3) Some menu items difficult to understand due to poor English (kind of like a lot of the rave reviews here).

Pros
I've been using Bestsync to sync stuff down from my webservers for years. The thing it can do that most syncing programs can't, is allow incremental transfer. For instance, if I am syncing down my web server to my local computer via FTP, it can be set if there is a change in the file on the server, to back up the local one in a dated folder before overwriting.

Pros
Pretty solid functionality for free if you just need a backup tool. I really like the ability to preview the sync actions and the option to back up modified and deleted files. The paid version has some pretty advanced stuff that I don't need.
Cons
They should be really explicit about the functionality that is part of the trial. People that need them are probably pissed off after the trial is over.

Pros
I have been using this tool to manage our websites for years. Just setup a FTP task for each site. When you want to update the site, just click the "Start" button, the task will detect the changes and upload the changed files automatically, and it is much faster than other similar software, because this tool can upload multiple files simultaneously. It is very simple, and save much of my time.

You can setup as many sync-tasks as you need. Task can sync with local folder, backup local folder, sync local to FTP/FTPES/FTPS/SFTP/WebDAV/AmazonS3/Outlook/Windows Mail. And the tasks can be managed in group by Tab View.

All the files involved in a synchronization task are backed up first, then the changed files are synchronized. And you can restore these backup files to the source folder and target folder. This feature makes the software stand out from many other similar tools

Pros
This software can detect file updating, file deletion, file moving accurately, but it does not create any extra files in the synchronizing folders, (Many other software create this kind of files) Amazing!

You can combine your hard disks, removable drives, and supported cloud servers in any way that fits you best, and synchronize or perform incremental backups of your data whenever you need. Actually, you can combine all of them if necessary, as BestSync can synchronize from multiple locations at once. All tasks can be scheduled to not interfere with your normal work, and you can even tell the program to shut down your computer when the task in hand has finished. Before performing any task, though, BestSync will show you an exhaustive report of all the files that will be copied, deleted, or re-written in the process.
