Pros
For anyone at all familiar with running even a simple db, this is a snap to set up. It does, indeed take 15 minutes, and runs like a dream. The instructions are very clear-- and it IS important to read them as you go through the set up process.
Cons
It does assume that the user is familiar with basic db functions such as SMTP, cgi-bin, etc., as well as using an auto-responder. Those that aren't, should direct questions to their host-provider.

This is an awesome auto-responder system.

Pros
Lots of good to have features. Import your list. Set up email messages to send on your schedule.
Cons
The installation guide videos are full of gaps. The lite version is not supported. Dr. Quek is not user friendly, tends to shift blame to Users. There is no unsubscribe ability in the lite version making the lite version sort of useless.
Summary
I have spent days of my time attempting to install what Dr. Quek says takes 15 minutes. My host server techs have been helpful, but since Dr. Quek will not support the lite version, and prompts purchase of his Pro version when approached it becomes a real problem. He keeps redirecting everyone to the manual and videos, but they are full of gaps and not complementary to each other. When approached on his forum he advises he will install the lite version for $25. I cannot in good faith recommend this product. There is too much wrong with the installation and set-up.
I installed the script on my Apache Linux host in 15 minutes and it worked great.

The autoresponder can be downloaded and installed in 15 minutes on my Apache Linux web server. It works very well.
