Pros
Easy to use, great functionality, does more things than I could ever want but is still super easy to use. I've yet to find anything as good yet.
Cons
It's not 100% free, my trial ran out and now I'm missing it.
Summary
You don't get a better macro program but being forced to buy or pirate it is a pain in the ass.
