This program provides basic but effective tools for checking and removing faulty Registry entries that can slow down your computer's performance. Amust Registry Cleaner's interface is minimal and visually appealing thanks to helpful tool tips and easily labeled buttons.

The program scans the entire Registry or specific areas and fixes errors at a user approval. You can view a report of the repairs, but no print option is offered. You can restore previous settings from a backup. The compacting tool lets you compress your registry files after fixing entries. You can easily schedule regular clean-ups, and the program offers report delivery via e-mail.

Amust Registry Cleaner produced rapid results and had no negative impact on speed and performance. Its user-friendly approach makes this a nice choice for the novice, though it's powerful enough for an advanced user as well.

The offer NO support apparently for the many issues people have with this program. Just go look at their forum and you will see for yourself that they do not support this program.
Summary
Just like Reget, the download manager, their support - or LACK OF - is what makes this a bad product. What do you do when it doesn't work and you need help? These companies' attitude is "Eff you! You bought it , now it's YOUR problem!"

It looks very pretty and finds lots of 'faults'.<p>Fortunately, the restore appears to work well - it needs to.

It stops my Norton AV running so what else does it stop?<p>After getting into a real bad state thru not realising that the Norton entries had somehow been damaged by this cleaner, I eventually had to reload from my XP recovery disk - not happy with wasting about 12 hours. One star because I was prevented from giving zero

you down load a trial version, it works a little. not enough to really use it. to see what it really does or has in its favor. so its just like all the rest of them. i wont buy any program i can't see what it really has to offer. you waste your money.

I like that it found the most errors of all the free downloads so far, but it still fell way short of my expectations. If you want to pay 20 bucks right away, go for it.
Cons
Once I downloaded the product and ran the scan, the product found over 770 'errors' and fixed 5. No indication was given in advance what the download would involve. Now I'm stuck removing it, which as it tells me, is what causes the problems.

there is NO30 DAY FREE TRIAL,after it found 692 problems(so it says) it could only fix 29 of them,ok no big deal fix the 29, so i did after doing so it deleted a dll file assosiated with my printer spooler and my printer would no longer work,it took me about 6 hours to recover the lost file and reinstall it causei know longer could find my printer install disk,man what a mess!
