Enable top level windows to snap to the edge of the screen while moving or sizing.
AllSnap is a small system tray program that makes all top level windows snap to the edge of the screen (or screens) and each other while moving or sizing. In order to change the behavior of other programs, AllSnap uses a technique called hooking, which may interfere with other programs and slow system performance.
