Utilize a set of plug-in extended stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server.
A set of plug-in extended stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or above. They provide RSA encryption/decryption plus SHA-1 hash capabilies for your SQL server. Written in native C/C++ language. Run cryptograhic operations in fast and small native code. Trial version is not time limited but the input plain text is limited to 14 characters and the key size is no long than 256 bits (RSA key shorter than 1024 bits is useless in real life situation). The demo version serves well as just a demo.
