  Pros

  Not bad for a free tool. All information about presented in real time, so easy to see what OS is doing. Link between DLL and process loader. Can see command line that process started with.

  Cons

  No user interface for the messages, they all go to the debug output. One has to download additional another free utility to see them and configure Vista settings.

  Summary

  Liked: It does what it promises and it is free. I had to find a process that loaded one of the nasty malware DLLs. So the tool did help. Also found it useful in finding what each instance of svhost is running, as Windows Task Manager is pretty useless in this respect - it shows more than 10 instances of them running without any info what process each one runs. Actually, I could identify malware that my antivirus missed and removed it manually, including all its DLLs and Registry entries. Disliked: no UI as such, I had to use DbgView utility from SysInternals to see the tool output. It is free and easy to download. Being on Vista, I also had configure my Registry settings to be able to see debug output. The Readme.txt file from Activ download clearly says it, so no tricks here, it just how it is. I?ve read CNET review and was surprised that they didn?t bother to read the file specifically called Readme.txt. The whole download contains only 6 files, so it is easy to find. The tool is good for a computer literate person with some knowledge of OS, who knows what he?s doing. I put it in my toolbox, so I can help others:-).
