  Versatile, it can incorporate GTD format, multiple tools for productivity, support is excellent, progressive upgrades and new features, integrates with outlook, need I say more?

  Cons

  The planner can seem daunting at first, but there are many videos and guides to help the newbie learn to effectively use the planner.

  Weekly scheduler, Task Chooser, Integration w/Outlook, Combination of best of Covey & GTD planning techniques. Extensive tutorial and help.

  Cons

  (1) Price high - but its one-time, so worth it. (2) Absence of mobile counterpart. You have to use intervening software to do three-way sync to manage on the move.

  Very goal oriented. It's a life planner, not a simple project management software

  Pros

  Allows you to create tasks for all aspects of your life - work/personal. It has a "metrics" section to track your progress - set your goals and get a graph. View information by project (financial or health), or by goals (pay off loans, lose lbs).

  Cons

  It has a lot of features, but this is really a plus because you can choose which ones you want to use at any given time.

  Keeps all of your personal and professional goals and tasks in one place.
