A Free Control Your Fears Hypnosis Session's outdated interface is easy enough to use, but you won't find anything visually enticing about it. The program runs a 6-minute hypnosis session, with positive affirmations like "Feel no fear" displayed over simplistic graphics.

Given the basic messages, it was surprising to see some misspelled words. You won't find any tools for fixing misspellings or adding your own messages. In fact, no user settings or customization options are offered. In addition, the accompanying 30-minute audio track will cost you $8.95, which made us question the effectiveness of using only the free visual session.

Anyone can use this freeware program, but we're afraid it might not be the solution to help you conquer your fears.
