• Move encrypted emails from Lotus Notes To Outlook

  I used this software to transfer all my encrypted emails from Lotus Notes To Outlook ..I downloaded Export Notes .Surprisingly all my emails along with attachment are in Outlook format with me. Excellent product.

  Pros

  Migrates complete data in NSF file like emails,calendar,task to Outlook. Software automatically perform file splitting. Filter Duplicate Contacts from address book .Support Outlook 2016 and Lotus Notes 9. I have used this tool to convert Emails & Contacts in NSF format to PST format. I am able to do migration easily without any data loss .Just few clicks and data migrated to Outlook.

  Its a good software with outstanding results.I didn't face any issue.

• Multiple Filters for Selective Lotus Notes Migration

  Pros

  Submitting my review for SysTools Export Notes. I need only specific data in Outlook from Lotus Notes and the filter option of SysTools Export Notes tool for mails, calendar and to do list helped me a lot in data migration. Software reads my lotus notes emails from selected date range and converted it to Outlook. I have used this tool to convert more than 500 NSF files in MS Outlook format without facing any issues. According to my point of view tool is so advanced and integrated with latest techniques that provides accurate migration results.

  My job got easier using Export Notes Software, selective folder export is provided for users. This helped me saving Storage memory as well as saved my time too.

• Perfect NSF to PST Migration Software

  Pros

  I recently ordered 20 licenses of SysTools Export Notes for one our clients project and with the help of software we are able to convert all 389 mailboxes to Outlook 2013 format perfectly. Easy to use software, which requires no complex settings. We are able to convert everything from .nsf files including contacts, emails, calendars, journals. I recommend this software for pain free migration from IBM Lotus Notes to Outlook.

  1. Software converts complete data of Lotus Notes NSF file such as emails, contacts, calendars etc with the preservation of Meta Data. 2. Gives option to filter the emails within the selected date range. 3. User Friendly GUI, easy to execute the software. 4. During the migration software also maintain Internet Header & inline images formatting. 5. If NSF emails are encrypted for the security reasons then software also remove message encryption.

  Doesn't find any cons in this software. It is just that what I needed.

  Summary

  I rarely review any software but this software fascinated me so much that I couldn't resist my self to add review of "SysTools Export Notes". It is a great deal I take profits of all its gimmicks.
