  I upgraded to the paid version and it doesn't do the job at all. Used it to wipe my hard drive, intending to re-install OS from my back-up boot recovery disk. It claimed the job was finished, and when I turned my computer on it booted from the internal recovery section, so obviously the whole disk was not wiped. I've tried it on several external disks and all it ever says is "Failed to create the disk UUID file." I tried their 'contact us' page and clicked on the link to e-mail their technical support, nothing happened. Out of curiosity I clicked on the other links as well, and they didn't work either. (Oh, and when I tried checking their user manual the way they tell you to initiate the re-format, which is to right click on the disk in their disk manager, isn't even correct. Doing that does nothing, in the actual program you click on the disk in their disk manager view and an interface pops up telling you to type 'WIPE' and press enter. They can't even get the basics right.)

Now they've billed my credit card twice. When I visited their After Sale Faqs page they say that if you are billed twice (apparently this is a habit of theirs) you should contact them at www.salesatmacrorit.com. As before, clicking on the link does nothing. When I manually typed the URL I got a message saying No Results Found. I'll dispute it with my credit card company and we'll see what they're response is then.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jan 21, 2015<p/>Slight revision to last update... Their link is Sales@Macrorit.com. When I entered that URL it took me to their home page, which of course does nothing to actually enable a customer to get help resolving a problem, so the net result was the same.
