Purchased latest version in April 2015 had issue with laptop and went to site to download on my new laptop. Got this error when hit download

Called Nuance and sales person said wow you should have purchased extended download can't help you, I can give you an upgrade price. WOW the big FU will never ever purchase from company again.

"Used it for 6 months, now it just stops working.."

Pros

overall pretty accurate after investing 6 months of training.

Cons

Just stopped working for no reason, hard to reinstall because of Digital river download expiring - support slow

Summary

I have used 5 versions out of need, if there was an alternative (and there should be) I would line up to buy a copy the night before!

Over the years I have spent of $1000 on this poor software.

None, at least as a download.

Cons

Why is this even on this site. You can't download it without paying for it, the full price. You don't even get the option of downloading a trial version. Having it here, on downloads.com is stupid. It should be removed.

The link provided doesn't even take you to a download link. It takes you to a shopping cart and adds the product to it. Total B.S. Totally unethical.
It's not even a download.
Why would you even want a product from a company this unethical?
