  only this software recovered my files, I was lucky I did not broke the DVD after trying another programs. It took some time for the recovery but my pics are back.

  I have several DVD-RWs filled with video files (mpg & wmv) that are faulty. I downloaded this product in the hope it would allow me to rescue them. This programme found the files but would not rescue them until I paid for the full version. The payment page makes a point of saying that there is a money-back guarantee should it fail to work - guess what? it didn`t! The (rescued!) files were not usable. Not only did I not get the refund, I did not even get an answer to my e-mail.

  My main gripe with this program is the somewhat cumbersome interface - it just feels confused. It also tends to crash, a lot. However, not all is bleak. It does recover data and sometimes does a great job of doing it too. It's worth a shot but there are better programs out there.

  you know how your system locks up when you try to access the corrupted cd with the very important information you have on it that you'd do just about anything to get? well, with this program, the lock ups do something you hoped it would not do! continue to exist! and thats just a means to an end. the end all be all of the story will be you frustrated, at the same square you were at before: one. download this if you enjoy being frustrated and not getting any results.

  Starts working and then completely goes into na-na land. Only way to shut it down is with Task Manager. Poor!
