Binfer

Binfer makes FTP and direct file transfer as simple as a drag and drop. With Binfer, you can send large files over the internet without uploading. The files are transferred from the sender's computer to that of the recipient's at maximum speeds allowed by their internet providers.

Free version allows you to use most of the features, but with some limited capabilities(eg: 2GB Data per month, 1 Sync rule, 1 Web Drop).
