From Internet Security Alliance :Internet security starts with a good Anti-Virus program. It does a great job protecting from "known" bad programs. But, it is virtually defenseless against "new unknown" viruses, worms and Trojan horses. pcInternet Patrol will not allow any "unknown" program to operate until its identity has been determined using proprietary "codebuster" technology and live security experts. If the identity and intended function of an “unknown” program are determined to be good, it will be "white listed" and allowed to work, if "bad" it will be "black listed" and not allowed, it's that simple.
