From Mental9Production :m9P Surfer is a very fast light weight Web browser developed by mental9Production. This Web surfer is extremely small in siz, thus, consumes very little system resources, and it is very fast. Having many of the options and functionalities expected from a modern Web browser, m9P Surfer provides complete Internet surfing capabilities. m9P Surfer supports and manages Favorites and History. One interesting feature of m9P Surfer, is that it will automatically detect your Internet Explorer Favorites and integrate them into its own Favorites menu. You will not loose any previously added Favorites. Also, you can import your Netscape Bookmarks. As for History, you can easily access your recent HTTP, FTP, or system files from the sidebar. Being so light, m9P Surfer can be considered as an alternative solution for users who want their computers to remain efficient and optimized to run other application, while also browsing the Web. Version 5.0 m9P Surfer can explore the local file system; Supports HTTP, FTP, and file history; Minimized memory usage.

"Not a bad little browser, and very fast!"
Pros: m9P Surfer is a fast little browser that works at all sites. It is only 2.38 MB, so it takes up hardly any disk space. I am quite sure it is based on ie, since it functions in all sites, so it won't be as secure as Firefox or Opera. It doesn't come with a popup blocker or tabbed browsing, but is you want pure, bare boned speed with no frills, m9P Surfer is for you. I'm keeping it, along with Opera, Firefox, and Avant. Heck, it takes up no room and it's free! Try it!

Pros: Its quick.
It has good features.
Its holds very low space.
Its free.
So, what are you waiting for, go get it.

Pros: If you have an old fashioned pc this browser is the right one for you. It took just 1MB from my RAM :-)
Cons: Does what it says. Do not expect more then an ordinary IE can handle. The less memory means the less extentions.

"For internet users that want speed, just speed."
Pros: Since I am a simple person, the simple UI is perfect. Back, forward, stop, refresh, home, search, favorites, history, print and browse off-line are the buttons that are default. I can't believe the speed! I have dial-up (NetZero Hi-Speed) and using IE6, Avant, Maxthon, Dragonfly and a couple more IE shells/extensions, this one is THE FASTEST! Free Browser makes the claim to be the fastest along with Avant but this one surely takes the cake. If you're a dial-up user, and you don't care for tabbed browsing, rss or fancy pants skins, use this one. Especially if you don't have a lot of RAM. It just seems that everythings ends up coming back to the basics anyway (fashion, cars etc.). I hope you try this browser because once you do, you just won't be able to figure out why you CAN'T get rid of it.
Cons: For people that like all-in-one browsers, this one is NOT for you. For people that want some serious speed in an IE shell and can't force themselves into a NON IE shell, you'll like (maybe love) this super fast browser. Note: I had one "script" error coming to this site, Free Browser did the same but slower.

Cons: the back butten does not work during web page switching.....no popup blocker.....slighty buggy
