"Has to be one of the worst commerical firewalls ever!"
Pros: Uhh, looks pretty?
Cons: Where do I begin...
1)Blocks absolutely everything at first! I know IOLO wanted a firewall that could block threats, but by blocking absolutely ALL traffic it is not even possible to connect to the internet! Not a firewall for novices.
2) Full of bugs and errors. Lost count of the times it stalled and stuffed my internet connection. Even worse, it wouldn't even let you end its process in the task manager, leaving no option but to reboot!
3) I challenge you to find worse customer support...
Although it is free, it is almost non-existant. Hopeless online database and slow email response- it took me three months to install system mechanic 7 professional because of all the problems I had getting a HELPFUL response from the so-called IOLO support team.
My advice- Don't even download a trial of this firewall, its not worth your time. Go for Comodo firewall pro- its free and good.

"Useless software with nonexistant customer support"
Pros: Promising software suite...if you can get the anti virus/firewall to work...it doesn't support simple email configurations. The maintenance features work occasionally...but tend to hang up so badly and so frequently you can't even use Task Mgr to get out...you have to reboot.
Cons: You'll be figuring out solutions on your own...because once you get through the firewall iolo has in place to prevent anyone from speaking to technical support over the phone...you then get to wait forever (3 calls...avg wait 1hr 15 min!) The online support is a painful joke...and initial replies to email requests simply refer you back to the same painfully useless online support.
And good luck if you happened to pay for the product...they will not refund your money.
Go with anything else...this product and this company are awful.
