"A simple way to convert iTunes playlists"

Pros
This program is very easy to use, does it's job in a matter of seconds, and works well.
Cons
The program has a very basic drab looking GUI and it would be nice if the program also converted the files to mp3, but there are other programs to convert to mp3 and most all of my music is DRM free anyway.
