"Some neat feature but installed Addware on my PC!!"

Pros
Provides some nifty utilities for copying stuff on and off your iPhone.
Cons
Installs Adware on your PC without asking you first! After installing this - my web browser highlights and displays adds for words shown on any web page you visit. I didnt ask for these 'extras' to be installed bu iTools installed them anyway. WHAT ELSE HAS THIS TROJAN INSTALLED ON MY PC. AVOID!!!
Summary
Nice software spoilt by bundled adware that it installs without you knowing!

It does everything that I needed, load MP3, photos, video, transfer from one device to another without restrictions and control as iTunes is doing. In America and Canada we like and need freedom in real life and software !

"Good, but watch out for built in adware install"

Pros
Works well, you can listen to tracks on your ipos,iphone,ipad etc while on the computer screen, and delete what you don't like straight on your mobile device.. that's what I wanted (without needing Itunes which deletes your library on your computer as well) so its good.
Cons
Tries to install toolbars that are ADWARE. PLUS installed "coupon companbion" which I de-selected! it still installed it anyway which I find abusive! Why do they need to resort to intrusive desperate techniques like that? I hate those adware and malware "hidden programs" in an otherwise nice tool...
Summary
I only gave it 3 stars because of the covert, hidden adware. Other than that, this tool has potential!
Also watch out for WAJAM which installs itself. I thinks its SPYWARE! Read: Your Facebook, Google+ and Twitter user data is used by Wajam to give you personal results from friends based on what you search for. Wajam may use cookies, pixels and/or other means to collect your IP address, URLs of the pages you visit and other non-personally identifiable information in order to give you personal search results and show you advertising.

"A step above the rest!"

Pros
Easy to use, able to copy all iPhone/iPod/iPad music, photos, apps, videos, playlists YOUR ENTIRE DEVICE to your PC or Mac with ease. It automatically converts your music, so you can easily transfer between iTunes, iDevices, or create a backup. I've tried plenty of Backup/Transfer applications for iDevices and this has an edge over them all (PLUS IT'S FREE)
Cons
Import feature a bit sluggish, but it is converting data to maximize storage capacity. Export OK
